Our quality control (QC) process covers the entire production cycle:
-Raw Material Inspection: Test material strength/corrosion resistance before prduction;
-In-Process QC: 3 rounds of inspections (frame welding, component assembly, wheel alignment);
-Final Testing: Load-bearing tests , brake efficiency tests , and 10,000-cycle durability tests for moving parts;
-Pre-Shipment Inspection: Random sampling to confirm compliance with standards.

6.How long does the battery of the power wheelchair last on a single charge?

Generally, our standard electric wheelchairs with 12V/50Ah batteries can travel 35 kilometers on a full charge when used on flat ground at a moderate speed.  It's important to note that frequent stops, uphill driving, or using additional functions (like a headlight) may slightly reduce the battery life.

7.What types of terrain can your power wheelchairs handle?

Our power wheelchairs are suitable for a variety of common terrains, such as indoor floors, sidewalks, and shopping malls,which can easily pass through small stones and gentle slopes. However, they are not recommended for rough terrains like deep mud or steep mountains.
